ProStart
ProStart is an industry-backed culinary arts and restaurant management program for high school students that reaches approximately 165 thousand students in over 1,800 schools in all 50 states. Each year, state ProStart teams convene to compete in a national competition.
Since 2013 I've been designing print materials for the ProStart program at both the national and Michigan state levels. Projects have run the gamut from mailers, to event programs, banner and stand signage, t-shirts and more. Each year we produce every piece of signage and print material used at the national competition event, as well as leading up to it.
